Role - WebCMS Admin/Developer (German Speaking)
Duration - 6 months Contract
Location - Kiel, Germany
Job Requirements/Technical Skills Required
- Very strong experience in full life cycle web site management (10+ y)
- Strong working experience with Web Content Management Systems (5+y)
- Experience with First Spirit CMS
- Configuration, development and administration of the First Spirit environment for Internet and Intranet
- Configuration and Monitoring of Extranet/Intranet/Hosting (Apache/Netweaver) (5+y)
- Configuration and Monitoring of Exalead/SAP T-Rex search engine
- Experience with Nameserver configuration (DNS)
- Experience with domain management and registration at the domain provider (registration, configuration, management of domains in the Internet)
- Experience with Firewall- and server configuration
- Ability to quickly understand and diagnose existing CMS configurations and custom developments
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident/change/problem)
- Ability to liaise internal IT and business stakeholders for requirements
- Experience of working in a geographically diversified teams preferred
- Good communication in Germany and English, verbal and written
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage transition from incumbent team
- Coordinate, guide and mentor junior team members
- Resolve production issues reported by business users within predefined SLA
- Document recommended solution for recurring issues
- Gather business requirements for enhancements
- Reviewing solutions designed by the team members and proposing improvements
- Suggest solution/workarounds in the application.
