Job Requirements / Technical Skills Required:• Strong working experience with SAP MM/PS (5+y)
• For MM: Experience with procurement processes within SAP MM (configuration, management, maintenance, execution)
• For PS: Experience with budget allocation/process management processes within SAP PS (configuration, management, maintenance, execution)
• Ability to quickly understand and diagnose existing SAP MM/PS configurations and custom developments
• Good to have: Experience with SAP Addons
o Vera (tax-calculation)
o CU Contract (contract management)
o Xflow (procurement)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident/change/problem)
• Ability to liaise internal IT and business stakeholders for requirements
• Experience of working in a geographically diversified teams preferred
• Good communication in Germany and English, verbal and written
Role & Responsibilities:
• Manage transition from incumbent team
• Coordinate, guide and mentor junior team members
• Resolve production issues reported by business users within predefined SLA
• Document recommended solution for recurring issues
• Gather business requirements for enhancements
• Reviewing solutions designed by the team members and proposing improvements
• Suggest solution / workarounds in the application.
