We are looking for a Senior Oracle ExaData Consultant to help our customer with a project in Germany. The task will be to take an up the position as the Senior member of a team of consultants and to help the team setting up the ExaData machines and infrastructure to best practice.
The skills we are looking for:
- Hands-on experience with the Oracle Platform Infrastructure Products: Systems, Oracle Linux, Solaris, Oracle Solaris Cluster, Oracle Secure Backup (OSB), ZFS Storage appliance.
- Hands-on experience with the Oracle Exadata Platform Infrastructure releases Exadata Engineered Systems, ZFS Storage-Pool, OVM, Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Enterprise Manager Grid Control is essential, experience with Oracle Grid Infrastructure and Oracle ASM (Automatic Storage Management) is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with those Oracle Software Products: Oracle VM Virtual Box, Oracle Database, Oracle Directory Server (aka LDAP).
Also, it would be nice to have experience with InfiniBand Network Switches, Network Firewall and load balancer, Java, XML, SQL, Shell Scripting.
