Junior Big Data Developer (m/f/d) - Duesseldorf Area - GERMANY
Dear all,
for our client in Dusseldorf Area we are seeking for several Junior Big Data Developer (m/f/d).
Tasks:
- Design, plan and develop programs to perform automated extract, transform and load data between data sources taking into account performance and usage of resources
- Selecting and integrating Big Data tools and frameworks required to provide requested capabilities
Must-Have-Skills:
- Familiarity with Big Data technology, techniques and methods/concepts of distributed storage and processing
- Proven development skills in the mandatory programming languages shown below
- Experience in working with Windows, UNIX/Linux platform
- SQL ++
- Python ++
- Bash Scripting ++
- Big Data Ecosystems +
- JIRA, Confluence ++
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms ie Microsoft Azure
- Experience with various messaging systems, such as Kafka or EventHubs
- Experience with distributed processing frameworks such as Spark
- Java ++
- Scala ++
Languages:
- English in spoken and written form is mandatory
- German and Spanish Skills are beneficial
