Für einen unserer Kunden, einem internationalen Automobil Zulieferer, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Software Supplier Manager (m/w/d).
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Ensure flawless execution of software supplier management Process in the project
- Assist with bookings through support of quoting/start centre activities
- Work with project teams and SW Buyers for sourcing SW suppliers
- Able to handle good Co-ordination between distributed project teams and the supplier teams
- Able to co-ordinate with the project teams with regards to:
- Create the RFQs and SOWs for the supplier
- Ensure KPIs and acceptance criteria is set for the supplier work products/deliverables
- Ensuring the deliverables are reviewed and satisfies the set acceptance criteria
- Work with the Buyer, Software Licenses & Royalties, Supply Chain Management to update project NRE/Royalty
- Help maintain the ASPICE required rating for ACQ.4 Supplier Monitoring in the project
- Drive corrective action any ACQ.4 Supplier Monitoring audit failures
- Prepare, Track and/or approve PRs/POs
- Achieve the cost and timing goals for the engineering budget
- Forecast accurate monthly spending with no significant misses on invoicing
- Optimize cost structure for SW suppliers
- Co-operate with other regions in the suppliers management area
- Care for good company image
- Care for confidential information and company’s IP
Anforderungen:
- BE or MTech in Electronics or Computer Science
- Good communication skills
- Team oriented and good collaboration skills
- Experience in handling budget
- Proficient in MS Office
- Methodical approach to problem solving
- Prior experience in automotive industry and products is an advantage & Willing to travel as required
