Aufgabe:
Subject matter expert for SAP Materials Management mobile (inventory manager)
- Contact person for business stakeholders to solve tickets (bugs) or answer questions by going to site or online sessions
- Interface between operational business and IT department as well as Finance and Controlling
- Preparation of technical concepts and functional designs for new SAP enhancements and projects for SAP MM
- Responsible for business acceptance testing and audit proof validations
- International Education / Training (either remotely or in classroom) in Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, United States, Sweden and Denmark.
- Working closely with internal and external IT service providers in the implementation of the requirements and rollouts.
Conduct online or classroom trainings on a global scale for warehouse specific processes i.e. goods movements, labelling, physical inventory.
• Onboard new country in Materials management (training, process documentation, master data management jointly with Ops & procurement
• Prepare and update training material, click guides and prepare recordings
• Support in material master data topics
• Implement MRP for sites and do site support
• Do daily site support i.e. answering tickets on warehouse process questions i.e. goods issue, physical inventory, labelling, etc.
• Support of documentation of MM processes in knowledge management tool#
• Support Carve out business testing
• Investigation on extending into using full warehouse module of SAP – functionality mapping
Soft-Skills:
training skills, presentation skills, good communication skills, very good system knowledge
Fach-Skills:
SAP Materials Management - procurement and warehousing, but warehousing focus, experience with SAP extended warehouse module
