Your ResponsibilitiesYou are the strategic and communicative bridge between product and market or product management and marketing.
You know how to optimally position our product in the market and continuously develop this positioning further.
You develop relevant messages and convincing content for our product communication and steer them along the customer journey in close coordination with other teams (especially Product Management and Customer Success).
You are responsible for the marketing of our latest product features in cooperation with our Content/PR Manager and Marketing Campaign Manager.
You will develop go-to-market strategies and implement them across all departments
You conduct intensive market and competitive research to prepare strategic decisions and provide relevant input for product development and expansion.
You will enable our sales teams to position our product optimally towards the customer - for this purpose you will develop messagings, sales collaterals and prepare sales training sessions
Your Profile
You are a team player and have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in B2B software marketing.
You have a completed degree (business studies, economics, business informatics) or a comparable education.
You have a strong affinity for strategic marketing.
You have a very good technological understanding, you are familiar with the principles of agile software development.
You know how to prepare technical product features for specific target groups
Knowledge of the HR software industry would be an advantage.
You have strong communication skills and eloquence and you are fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
