System Architect for Wireless Communication Test (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Consulting for advanced technologies incorporating exploration of cutting-edge technologies and cutting-edge solutions for wireless communication test
- Consulting in hardware design such as RF/microwave transceiver, ADC/DAC, DDS, ultra-wideband low-jitter PLL
- Wireless communication test and measurement algorithm in time domain, frequency domain and modulation domain
- Development of communication protocol and algorithm to make breakthroughs in 5G channel modelling, simulation for the ultra-large capacity
Main qualifications
- Solid experience in the technical development of wireless communication test technologies
- Knowledge of technology development trend and cutting-edge technologies in wireless communication test
- Expertise in industry test capability and industry chain layout
- Profound expertise in software and hardware architecture for wireless communication test
- Familiar with radio frequency architecture design, profound experience in RF board and component engineering design and development, the ultra-wideband or superheterodyne transmitters and PLL/LO unit design
- Familiar with ultra-high frequency (40G-100GHz) RF front-end unit design, MMIC design and high frequency board design
- Familiar with the PHY protocols or algorithms of wireless communication, solid experience in BeamForming/MIMO and hybrid precoding, L2-L3 protocols, channel simulation and electromagnetic field simulation
- Experience in developing base station and terminal protocols and algorithms
- Familiar with industrial standards (such as 3GPP 38.521) and test specifications, solid experience in the measurement algorithms and measurement engineering development
