Position: Project Manager (IT Infrastructure) - Change managementLocation: Essen, Germany
Duration: 18 - 24 Months
Purpose of the role:
Project Management
The Senior Project Manager will provide consultancy services relating to the implementation of a global IT Service Management (ITSM) System and industry standard ITIL processes ensuring geographic / functional / service line readiness and ensure realization of targeted benefits. The project manager will particularly advise the Client‘s Elevator Global Delivery Manager.
Required Experience
• The project manager will have successfully obtained university and industry qualifications in disciplines such as computer science, information technology, information management,
• engineering or a comparable degree.
• Significant professional experience in Project and Program Management that have successfully completed large and complex project implementations in comparable customer environments.
• Demonstrated change management experience working on large, complex IT transformation programs.
• Experience in delivery of large scale complex integrated IT projects.
• Experience with IT Service Management and Program Delivery tools and methodologies.
• Project management qualifications in PMP or Prince2 and/or Agile.
• Superior stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders, including senior management and technical staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
Additional preferred PM experience:
• Knowledge of, and experience with, appropriate change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR etc).
• Experience in leading the evolution of IT Service Management practices, including ITIL certification would be well regarded.
