- The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for running and managing the project and is expected to deliver the solution within the agreed scope, time and budget
- Coordination of internal and external resources of different kind as well as managing stakeholders across the organization
- Assistence in the project planning phase e.g. defining project scope, objectives and deliverables, developing time, resource and financial plans
- Making sure that all relevant stakeholders are involved and ensuring technical feasibility
- Defining the approach and structure of the Project and the roles and responsibilities required for the deliverables
- The PM will have to manage meetings of different kind e.g. stand-ups, scrum meetings, sprint planning etc.
Qualifications
- Management of complex projects (agile and classic) and leading solution teams
- Experienced with implementing IT systems, service Transition and good understanding of front office in Energy trading
- Organizing and managing suppliers and subcontractors
- Good understanding of modelling in commodities trading
- Experience working with senior decision makers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
