ITIL Process Manager - Brussels, Belgium

Description of work:
- Familiar with ITIL operations such as change, incident, problem, release, configuration, availability and capacity management.
- Restore the service for the customer as quickly as possible with the aim of minimizing the negative impact of a failure within the IT service in order to achieve the quality.
- Responsible for evaluating, authorizing and monitoring changes with the aim of managing the volume of required changes in such way that any negative impact of these changes on the business is minimized.
- Minimizing the negative impact of incidents and changes on the business caused by errors within IT services.
- Prevent incident and changes by consulting documents of root cause and analysis of previous problems.
- Planning and following up on a successful roll-out of sprints/releases in software/hardware.
- Design and implement efficient procedures for the distribution and installation of changes.
- Keeping the management of all parcel-bound IT Configuration Items within the Application infrastructure up to date in the CMDB.
- Ensuring the availability of the services is equal to or greater than the agreed business needs and this is in a cost-efficient manner.
- Responsible for collecting, analysing and informing the end-to-end process of potential capacity issues related to IT capacity.
