Agile Coach - Freelance – Frankfurt– 6 monthsI have a requirement to join a truly game changing project with a leading financial institution based in Frankfurt.
The organisation are looking to under go an organisation wide digital transformation, calling on Agile Coaches to come in and help change the way managers work and think in an agile way.
This is an exciting opportunity to benefit from a lucrative daily rate whilst working on a long term project with the high chance of extension.
What do you need?
• Experience in coaching management (or above) level
• Experience in working within a company who has undergone a digital transformation
• 1 on 1 coaching experience
• Mindset coaching experience
• Systemic Coaching experience
