I'm currently working with a globally known client who are looking for a Senior Azure Engineer to join their Azure Migration Project.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will assist in digital transformation moving on-premise applications to Azure Cloud. The candidate will have extensive experience working with medium to large enterprise organizations.
Technologies:
The successful candidate will be experienced in the following technologies:
Must have:
. Azure Identity and Security
* Azure Resource Management with ARM Scripting
* Azure Microsoft SQL Technologies PaaS/IaaS
* Transformation, Strategy & Governance
. Oracle Database technologies
* Azure DevOps
Should have:
* Understanding of .NET Development and configuration
* Linux
Nice to have:
* Azure Kubernetes. AIX
Skills:
The successful candidate will have the following skills.
Must have:
* A proficient level of spoken and written English language.
* Azure Resource Management expertise supported by scripted deployment
* Proven experience of Microsoft SQL administration in Azure with deployment, configuration and operational management abilities.
* Good knowledge and experience of working with large Agile project teams
* A good working knowledge of Azure DevOps for repository and Agile project collaboration.
* A good working knowledge of Oracle Database technologies to support transformation to Microsoft SQL.
Should have:
. DBA skills with Oracle technologies in terms of operational management and security
