• Deployment of call recording system
• Deployment of equinox and remote workers solution
• Review and improve VoIP architecture
• Migration of VoIP and call center systems
Must Have:

• TCP/IP
• Avaya Core components
• Avaya communication applications
• ITIL
• Agile
• KANBAN
Nice to Have:
• power shell
• shell script
• genesys
• verint
Languages:
• Englisch mandatory
• Germen beneficial
