  • The Solution Architect will be responsible for the solution development, proposal generation to support business development. He/she will also lead implementation projects based in Europe and coordinate with offshore delivery teams.
  • He/she will be interacting with customers for the overall successful deliver of the solution.
  • The Solution Architect will act as a primary onsite contact between Customer product managers and offshore Product Support and Infrastructure teams. He/she should be highly process oriented and should be able to create and establish proper SLA/SLOs for the team.
  • He/she should be hands on SAP SCM technologies. He/she should be able to identify and monitor resource requirements to ensure necessary staff for the project. He/she should be capable of gathering additional and adhoc customer requirements, generate proposal and justification for additional resource requirements.
  • He/she will be responsible for a successful solution design and project delivery of SAP SCM consulting engagements.
  • He/she will work with sales teams, consultants, and project managers as required, to define project scopes, clarify specifications; understand customer business processes to deliver appropriate business solutions.

  • -write Proposals / Project Plans / Statements of Work
  • Participate in qualifying and helping to pursue prospective client sales opportunities, - partnering in pre-sales efforts, playing a lead role in scoping, and development of project plans, budgets, implementation schedules, resource allocation and prioritization of critical tasks.
  • Provide hands-on leadership & direction to the project teams, which generally consists of consultants, remote (offshore) global resources, subcontractors, and client employees, as well as active participation in the ongoing management of client / consultant relationships.

    • He/she should have experience in managing offshore project teams (product support and infrastructure), end-to-end integration of ERP applications. He should be strong customer focused and should be capable of addressing customer needs and handling escalations. He/she will act as QA resource on various project requirements reviewing deliverables, technology environment, client satisfaction budget adherence, and team morale.
    • Minimum of 5 years working with various SAP SCM modules and at least 10+ years experience with implementation and upgrade projects.
    • Primary Strength-Specialist in supply chain planning related functional areas like Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning(SNP), Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) and Global Available To Promise (GATP)
    • Knowledge of discrete/semiconductor manufacturing process strongly preferred.
    • Experience in multi-shore delivery model.
    • Experience in consulting methodologies and/or project management;
    • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented and effective in problem-solving and adding value;
    • Ability to present complex information in a clear and structured way;
    • Pre-Sales experience;
    • Requirements definition experience;
    • Document preparation experience;
    • Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio
