SAS/Hadoop/Hortonworks/HDP 2.6.x
For one of our prestigious clients we are currently looking for a consultant that can help them describe the strengths and weaknesses of the different access paths between SAS and Hadoop (in both directions).
Responsibilities:
- GAP analysis
- Make performance statements
- Redefenition of SAS SSBI
- Embedded Hadoop, in coordination with SAS
- Architecture recommendation for the respective technical deployment scenarios and their frameworks
- Development
- Identification and description of deployment scenarios and their technical implementation (SAS/Hadoop)
Skills required:
- Knowledge of Architecture
- Ability to transparently present complex issues
- Knowledge of the SAS tool under Linux (Access to Hadoop, Grid, VA)
- Knowledge of Hadoop environment: Hortonworks HDP 2.6
- Can work independently
- Knowledge of operations on SAS (preferred)
