Sustainability Manager (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Implement changes and communicate them effectively: Aside from creating strategies to make our workplace greener, you are also responsible for communicating and marketing sustainability campaigns to internal and external stakeholders
- You will be working closely with HR, Communication, your colleagues, suppliers, to educate and inform them on the changes you’re looking to implement and how they will impact the environment and workplace
- Measure company's sustainability performance: It is crucial to keep track of what you are doing to make the company more sustainable
- You will analyse the technical and social environment of the company with regard to sustainability opportunities and ongoing review our sustainability relevance matrix
- You need to propose new solutions and weigh up the pros and cons of such, and if approved implement them
Main qualifications
- A master or bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, environmental management, engineering or sustainability, are highly regarded
- Previous work on ISO Environmental Management and Integrated reporting standards would be good fit for this role as well
- Your integer personality is combined with a passion to build a better future
- An analytical mind
- You are also expected to be creative in the way you think, as the ideas you have for creating a greener organisation need to be innovative and smart, while you are able to critically tailor your cutting edge ideas to suit the organisation
- Organisation, planning and communication skills are essential
- This job requires to be organised and enjoy to work in an international environment
- You need to speak English, while German and an additional language would be beneficial
