For our customer in North Rhine Westphalia we are looking for an Interim IT coordinator infrastructure (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Acting as interface and coordinator between business and IT based on ITIL processes and PRINCE 2 project management
- Supporting the business in all requests regarding: LAN infrastructure in office and production environment, WLAN, telephony (PBX), smartphone (iPhone), conference room equipment including videoconference systems, building control systems, video surveillance systems
- Coordinating internal and external suppliers in above mentioned areas
- Act as technical project and change manager, supporting the implementation of technical changes
- Act as escalation instance in case of issues with internal and external providers
- Support implementation of new infrastructure to new buildings and decommission in old ones
Your qualifications:
- Technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, especially: network incl. WLAN in office and production environment, technical infrastructure in buildings, meeting room equipment, phone systems (PBX), smartphones
- Experience in IT process management e.g. ITIL foundation and PRINCE 2
- Experience in Demand and Service Management
- Experience in general project management approaches and in IT project methodologies
- Fluent knowledge of English
