We have a Contract opportunity for a Unified Communications Integration Solutions Architect based near Franfurt in Germany.
The role is to provide high level architecture, technical strategy and design of unified communications solutions for a global corporation.
The is the possibility of remote working with site visits for the right candidate
Technical environment
* Telephony (dial plan, On-Net, Offnet calls, PSTN, SIP trunking, gateway, Attendant console, etc..)
* Cisco IP telephony
* Polycom phone (CX, VVX, TRIO)
* Polycom video (Group series, HDX, etc..), Video desk client (Skype for Business)
* O365 Exchange & Exchange on-prem integration with Skype for Business
* Sonus and Audiocode SBC/SBA 1K/2K
* Anywhere 365 (Attendant console, Recording, etc..)
* Lync 2013 & Skype for Business enterprise voice (voice policy, CAC, routing, federation, AD, Response Group, normalization rule, power Shell Scripts, mobile client, etc..)
* Data networking: solid knowledge of LAN, WAN technologies and associated QoS
* Linux server base administration knowledge
* VMware (ESXi, vSphere base usage)
* Certificates/PKI/Authentication/Encryption: experience generating and applying certificates, designing systems with mutual authentication
* Contact center organization and operation to be able to understand customer needs and translate them into a high level design
* Mind CTI (optional)
* Lync Room System (LRS) (optional)
* MS SharePoint & SQL (optional)
