Support Executive - German Speaking - Travel to Germany
For one of the top 4 leading global companies I am currently looking for an experienced 'Support Executive' to join a dynamic and busy international team in Munich for a stable 6-12 month project.
The ideal 'Support Executive' needs to have the following experience
IT skills (in details with required levels):
- Trading application experience,
- MS Windows 7, MS Windows 8, MS Windows XP, MS Office 2010 and 2013,
- Printer/Hardware Management;
- MS Exchange 2003, 2007,
- EMA Archiving
- Lotus Notes experience in the execution of certain tasks:
- 2-3 years of working experience in IT or financial services companies,
- IT helpdesk experience with call logging systems
