Main tasks:
- Conduct a short analysis of the customer's current situation in terms of Cloud strategy and its implementation
- Assess Cloud adoption, concepts, operational model and implementation
- Define the possible options and conduct a first high-level assessment for each of them
- Support the selection of these options
Main qualifications
- Very good knowledge of the various cloud solutions (incl. private and public Cloud)
- In-depth expertise and various experiences with Cloud Strategy definition and implementation in the financial sector with strong regulations for big as well as for small companies
- Substantiated knowledge of Cloud impacts on operating model (centralized vs. decentralized functions), processes and organization
- Aptitude to manage stakeholders at all levels, from management to high performing technical experts
- Strong Change Management background
