You will design, build and operate modern web services, like tools for employee performance management, career development, coaching and job rotation.Project:
- Design, build and operate a modern web frontend
- Design, build and operate microservices running on AWS/Kubernetes
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including working with product and UX/UI design to create great user experiences
- Deliver and run web-based tools for large audiences
Profile:
- Expert: front-end development tools like Typescript, React or ReasonML
- Experience in building microservices that offer great APIs (Typescript/NodeJS, Java, Scala, Kotlin)
- Driven by quickly delivering customer value at a sustainable pace
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, performance management software, or HR systems is a plus
- Fluent in English
