I am currently looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join my client for the next 6 months in Frankfurt. In this role you are responsible for the Salesforce based solutions and optimisations for the needs of various business lines. You will facilitate cooperation with their business units in Germany as well as with teir EMEA and US-based teams.Role:
- Business process analysis and documentation in cooperation with the business lines
- Requirements management and conception of the Salesforce solution in collaboration with the technical product developers during the implementation phase and after the roll-out
- Implementation of product demos
- Support and participation in UAT test activities
- End users design and schedule training, create training content, and conduct training
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in various functions such as Change Manager or Business Analyst within the Salesforce Ecosystem
- Proven experience with Salesforce
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivation and resilience
- Fluent German and English
- Flexible to travel if needed
- Academic Degree
