Ihre Aufgabe: n

If you join, youll play a varied role in a really fast growing, non-hierarchical consultancy. This is the place to be if you want to apply your knowledge of software delivery project management in a variety of client environments while constantly using the latest methodologies. Youll get to work alongside truly talented teams and help them enhance their performance by promoting really open communication. As well as ensuring the delivery of bespoke built software, you will also be working with clients to advise them on improving IT processes and the way in which IT staff engage with the business. n

Ihre Qualifikation: n
n
·Delivering successful, large-scale software development projects, most of which will have been working on bespoke built enterprise OO applications (ideally Java and C"") n
·A strong grasp of project governance, scope management, risk and stakeholder management n
·Good knowledge of delivery excellence practices n
·Exceptional communication skills n
·Exposure to a variety of Project Management methodologies n
·An unrivaled passion for delivery n
·An interest in or experience of working in a highly collaborative, Agile or Lean environment with self managing teams n
·Experience working with multi-disciplinary project teams n
·Experience in managing IT organisational change within large enterprises n
·Excellent communication skills; fluent written and spoken English is essential n
