Our UK based client is currently undertaking a major upgrade of its IT infrastucture and is updating it's systems to Windows 10 throughout. An additional locally based resource is required at their office location in Mannheim, Germany commencing immediately with an expected duration up until November 2019. Ideally you will have strong local language communication skills with some English a necessity.
Duties will be scripted but will involve;
Copying Client user data to another location as a backup,
Identifying applications installed on users' machine,
Wiping each machine in accordance with standard wiping procedures and Install Windoes10 via scripts,
Re-installing user data in accordance with client's IT procedures,
Re-installing user applications either from Cloud based software centers and/or from install disks/local locations,
Troubleshooting and resolving Windows10 related issues to get user machines back up and running correctly,
Delivering laptop and Win10 instructions to end users and answering basic Windows10 questions,
Troubleshooting and resolving Windows10 related issues identified by individual during deskside support troubleshooting or as fault calls reported to Client's IT Helpdesk.
