Candidate to have at least 8 years or above of SAP CRM implementation, CRM ABAP development and customer support experience
Experienced in configuring SAP CRM Sales, Service and Marketing. Web UI Business Roles Customization, Authority Management and Interaction Center
SAP CRM 7.0 integration knowledge and Middleware management
Ability to work on Interface developments, ABAP, OOABAP, CRM Technical and WebUI programming
Having worked on Web UI enhancements, AET, BDoc, IDoc, MVC, BOL/GENIL and BADI
Analyze and resolve incidents related to SAP CRM and able to implement Change Requests
Support SAP CRM including interfaces with other SAP systems and Middleware
Manage administration according to clients standards
Support testing phases by providing instant resolution/fixes to the defects raised
Troubleshooting/Debugging issues related to standard/custom code
