My client is a supplier to Tier 1 OEM companies of electronic stability control and electromechanical brake systems. We are searching for an experienced freelance embedded developer to come on board for a 12 month project.The perfect candidate will be able to start ASAP and be German speaking however candidates who are English speaking or able to start within 4 weeks are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Development and configuration of base software components and maintenance of existing complete software in accordance with defined software development processes
• Coordination of project-specific complete software development and release..
Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience with embedded software development
• 3+ years of automotive experience in software development
• Experience with CAN and diagnostic communication for automotive systems
• Good understanding of (automotive) software development processes (e.g. V-Model, Automotive SPICE®)
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR software architecture
