Beschreibung

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

für unseren Endkunden suchen wir ab sofort externe Unterstützung.

Role:
• Portfolio Commercial Officer

Tasks:
• Key responsibility is to manage the commercial process for Project Requests (PRs) and Non Standard Requests (NSRs). This includes:
• Raising POs: Timely raising of Purchase Orders for PRs and NSRs for central managed suppliers.
• Invoice verification: Processing supplier invoices in time and quality (avoiding rejected invoices for PRs/NSRs)
• Commercial Escalations: Manage NSR commercial escalations when issues cannot be resolved by the operational teams. Together with STMs (Service Transition Managers), provide support for commercial escalations for Projects. Clarify with suppliers in case of invoice issues or lack of quality.
• Avoid stranded costs: Ensure the Service Integration unit remains commercial aware of any issue in relation to timely ordering for Projects/NSRs or issues with invoice payments or any issue resulting on risks for stranded costs. Support head of department with appropriate handling for these cases.
• Support for the department teams: accruals handling, Reporting & Data Analytics, Sharepoint admin activities, support tooling development, Onboarding of MSO and external colleagues, handle new access requests for STM tools (E.g. ARIES, SNOW, … )
• Establish a continuous improvement approach for the commercial office. Engage in the definition and implementation of improvement measures contributing to the optimization of processes within the department with focus in the reduction of complexity, increase of automation, faster initiation of PRs/NSRs and higher quality standard

Skills:
• University degree in information technology, BWL or similar.
• Experience working in an IT organization within an enterprise scale, multi-site distributed team with focus in commercial processes
• Excellent skills on SAP handling
• Versed handling of the usual IT applications (especially Word, Excel, SharePoint, ERMA, PowerPoint)
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize daily activities while dealing with urgent NSR/PR commercial topics
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work well in and with teams of different nationalities and cultures based in different locations and across organizational boundaries
• High degree of autonomy, sense of responsibility, discretion, loyalty, flexibility and commitment
• Excellent problem solving capabilities, taking responsibility and drive resolution. Positive can-do attitude
• Self-motivation and able to balance day to day work with change related activities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in German and English. Excellent written and communication skill

Start: ab 27. Mai 2019
Ende: bis 31. August 2019 + Option
Auslastung: 100% / Fulltime
Budget: 150 Stunden Onsite, 330 Stunden Offsite und 60 Stunden Reisezeit
Einsatzort: Essen, München, Hannover
