We are looking for an AEM Developer with the following skill-set:All levels:
? All requested resources have to speak fluently English
? Very good written knowledge English
? Experience with agile work approach, preferably SCRUM
? Ability to work in an international team
?For all levels: On Site = Munich, Germany
EXPERT Level (general):
? At least 3-5 years of experience in agile projects
? Advanced communication skills
? Ability to work in a complex project and surrounding environment (on site and near shore)
? Strong analytical skills and solution oriented mindset
? Toughness & flexibility, strong attitude towards customer though diplomatic
? Self initiative, sense of responsibility, commitment & ability to cope with pressure
? Management skills
? Willingness to travel
EXPERT Must have/ Kick out criteria:
? From expert level the requested "On Site" resources have to speak fluently German and English to ensure the requested direct communication with the German customer.
? Deep knowledge of UniCredit/UniCreditServices (development) environment, tools and processes (SIM)
? Good banking knowledge (e.g. core banking, payments, cards)
Lead Developer On site (Expert Level)
? Deep knowledge of software architecture principles
? Deep knowledge in UniCreditServices technical processes and tools
? Deep knowledge in AEM technology and / or Tibco technology
? Large experience in software design process
? Ability to transform business requests into software specifications
? Experience with agile work approach, preferably SCRUM
? Skills in distributed IT-System design
Quality and Test Management (Lead Test Engineer - EXPERT Level)
? Deep knowledge of software architecture principles
? Deep knowledge in technical test technologies
? Good experience in software design process
? Knowledge of development process (ALM) including Analysis, Development, Technical Support
? Advanced banking knowledge (e.g. core banking, payments, cards)
? Advanced knowledge of local Multi Channel environment
Must have/ Kick out criteria:
? Knowledge of software testing concepts and how to apply them effectively in real time problems
? Advanced skills in unit tests, e2e tests, regression tests
Location: Munich, onsite
Language: english ( must have), german ( nice to have)
Duration: 6-9 months
