Templeton & Partners is looking for a German Speaking Technical Architect to start ASAP on project in Hannover, Germany.
Location: Hannover, Germany
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Rate: €55 ph
Responsibilities:
- To validate the migration approach from the partner.
- Review the design, test strategy, test plan and test cases documents and the implementation plan/sequence.
- Interact with the client technical teams on the progress and low level technical details.
- Must have good understanding of end to end contact centre components
- Good experience in design and architecture of multi-channel contact centre
- 12-15 years of experience in ININ contact centre platform (version 2015 R3 or 2017 R3) deployment and maintenance
- Experienced in designing & deploying IVR applications, multi-channel solutions
- Knowledge on ININ interaction recording, WFM modules is desirable
- Experience in working on a data centre migration project is desirable
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders with client organization and 3rd party vendor is mandatory
- Very good communication skill in English & German
- Experience in utilities vertical would be an advantage
