Für unseren Kunden in Berlin suchen wir ab sofort einen IT-Architekten (m/w/d) für die voraussichtliche Dauer bis zum 31.12.2019 mit der Option auf Verlängerung.Ihre Aufgaben:
- Understanding business needs, and helping them to define innovative, yet stable and secure solutions
- Project Management, providing clear and justifiable architectural decisions towards projects so that they can reduce their time to market.
- Being a technology partner, by being eminent within the technology areas you are working in. This means that you are up to date on the latest market trends, and you have a good understanding of usage of this technology by your Business Units
- Having system engineering, by not only ensuring solutions are delivered according to architecture, but also by understanding the limitations and dependencies that complete IT landscape will have on it (like scalability, security, availability, maintainability, usability etc.).
- Consult the business in creating applications roadmaps and provide guidance to get the roadmap accepted.
- Enable digitialisation platues, by designing neu business processes and there realization in MS Azure selfdeveoped soltuions or on O365 based solutions.
- You will approximately half or your time contribute to projects – which could range from solution selection, towards due diligence on IT landscapes due to M&A activities. The other half of your time will be developing future proofen strategy, technology roadmaps, managing the application portfolio, and explaining and ensuring good architectural practices within the transformations. Projects can run agile as well as waterfall.
Ihre Anforderungen:
- We are looking for Senior Architects that have worked in Generation and/or Distribution (or similar asset intensive business units).
- You have good understanding of utility business processes and their IT landscape (SAP, SCADA, GIS, Historien, infrastructure and security regulations), and easily communicate between the both of.
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong skills in Enterprise, Software and/or Infrastructure Architecture
- Previous hands-on experience in (international) Digitalization and Transformation Projects
- Enjoys a changing environment and works well under pressure.
- Master degree with 10 years of experience within IT
- You are enjoing to work in more than fifteen transformations at the same time
- You have deep knowledge of solutions with capabilities for electricity distribution and for electricity prodcution as well as Cloud Computing (MS Azure Ecosystem)
- Fluent in written and spoken English – we are an international team
- Travelling is no objection – mainly to business locations in same country, but it could be due to internationalization of Business Units and our team is an international team that foreign travel is needed.
