Aufgabengebiete:
Als Ansprechpartner für den Bereich Finanzen in Kostenartenrechnung, Kostenstellenrechnung, Kostenträgerrechnung, Prozesskostenrechnung) und Koordination
Mitwirkung in Planung (Bilanz, GuV, Rückstellungen, Cash-Flow), Zuarbeitung des Koordination des Planungsproezess sowie dessen Abstimmung
Vorbereitung des Forecasts
Durchführen der Investitionsplanung, Investitionscontrolling sowie Investitiongsüberwachung im nichtmonetären Bereich
Koordinieren und Erstellung der Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen
Budgetsteuerung, Nachkalkulationen sowie Abweichungsanalyse
Erstellung der Investitiongsanträge
Regelmäßige Berichtswesen (Monats-, Quartals-, Jahresberichte, Sonderberichte)
Mitwirkung und Zuarbeiten zum Jahresabschluss
Koordination der Tätigkeiten im Rahmen des Jahresabschlussplanes
Ermittlung von Abgrenzungen und besonderen Sachverhalten (z.B. Rückstellungen) zu den Abschlüssen
Analyse der Ergebnissituation (EBIT) und Zuarbeit entsprechend Abschlusskalender (monatliche Ergebnisanalyse in Abschlussbesprechung)
Erstellung der Zuarbeiten zum Liquiditätsmanagement
Erstellen spezieller Analysen und Berichte für die insbesondere Analyse der operativen Ebene (EBIT).
Zuarbeiten für Gremiensitzungen/Sonderabfragen
Betreuung Risikomanagement

Qualifikationen:
Bachelor von kaufmännischem Fach_oder Hochschulstudium bzw. abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
3-5 jährige Berufserfahrung im sehr im Controlling
Kenntnisse SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen
Eigenständiges Arbeiten und kreatives Denken
Hohe Zahlenaffinität und Teamfähigkeit

Responsibilities:
As a contact person for the area of ??Finance in Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Cost Object Controlling, Activity-Based Costing) and Coordination
Participation in planning (balance sheet, income statement, provisions, cash flow), coordination of the planning process and its coordination
Preparation of the forecast
Implementation of investment planning, investment controlling and non-monetary investment monitoring
Coordination and preparation of the profitability calculations
Budget control, final costing and deviation analysis
Preparation of investment applications
Regular reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual reports, special reports)
Participation and contribution to the annual financial statements
Coordination of activities within the framework of the annual financial statement plan
Determination of accruals and special items to the financial statements
Analysis of the earnings situation (EBIT) and additional work according to the final calendar (monthly earnings analysis in closing meeting)
Preparation of the liquidity management work
Create special analyzes and reports for the particular analysis of the operational level (EBIT).
Submissions for committee meetings / special requests
Supervision Risk Management
Qualification:
Bachelor of commercial or higher education or completed commercial training
3-5 years of professional experience in controlling
Knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems
Independent work and creative thinking
High number affinity and team spirit
