We are currently looking for a SharePoint online consultant with experience in content management systems
Start: 03.06.2019
Duration: 3 months (extension likely)
Volume: Full time
Location: Düsseldorf
remote: onsite/remote (50/50)
Language: English (must have), German (nice-to-have)
Background:
Transformation of Document Management platform IBM Content Manager.
Choice made for SharePoint Online and/or T-Systems ImageMaster which are both already inhouse, can fulfil the various use-cases. Next step is now to dig into the detailed requirements and work out solution scenario for each use-case and the overall setup.
Key Tasks of required resource:
- Bring in expert knowledge of SharePoint Online and T-Systems ImageMaster
- Analyze and understand DMS-requirements for the various use-cases and break down into functional requirements
- Review collected requirements and define target solution scenarios
- Work out and consult on defining a target landscape by using existing tools
- Discuss and align target solution scenarios with internal business stakeholders
Skills:
- Expert on SharePoint Online
- Knowledge with ImageMaster (Nice to have)
- Good understanding of DMS requirements
- Experienced setting functional requirements
- Experience in creation Solution designs/scenarios
- Pro-active and independent work style
- Strong stakeholder Management skills
- Experience with document/content management systems
