For our customer we are currently looking for a HR Consultant and Application Manager (m/w/d), Essen

Required skills:

- International template experience
- HR SAP ERP knowledge in PA (Personnel Administration), CATS, potentially Business By Design
- Solution Manager processes (SolMan 7.2)
- AIF customizing, AIF setup of interfaces will be an advantage
- Team Lead skills and skills in coordination of offshore team

Major tasks::

- HR Customizing of Personnel Management
- Implementation of Core Change Requests
- Interface setup (AIF structure/value mappings)
- Application Management of L2/L3 tickets
- Offshore coordination

Project language: English (fluent); German will be an advantage
Availability: 100 % (Mo-Thu on-site/Essen and Fr remote)
