Job description
• Monitor SLAs und running contracts
• Ensure continuous improvement process and results based on the SLAs
• Manage users’ requirements with respect to feasibility of delivery and availability of vendor resources
• Build good working relationship with vendor, business analyst and users while delivering the required results
• Ensure stable and smooth running of the day-to-day SAP operations.
Skills needed:
• Very good project management skills
• Strong negotiating abilities as well as analytical and creative problem solving skills
• Experience in vendor management, especially with outsourcing partners based in Asia and Africa
• Good knowledge of overall SAP system (ECC 6.0)
• International project experience in multicultural teams advantageous
• Fluent English (project language) mandatory, very good German language skills
