Genaue Aufgabenbeschreibung
Ensure alignment of responsibilities between Natco and SI
Monitor and track all deliverables by the Natco and SI linked with NGCRM
Align with vertical streams to ensure a synchronized approach across Natco?s
Monitor external dependencies in the Natco
Manage escalations to central Delivery Mgmt
Setup a risk and issue monitoring together with Design Manager
Manage design authority across 4 different NatCos
