For our client in North Rhine Westphalia we are looking for a HR Controlling Consultant (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Own and manage yearly MTP processes as an interface between HR and Finance
- Monitor and manage regular reporting activities: ad hoc reports, headcount and FTE development, personnel expense development
- Create a transparent and business oriented HR reporting structure and dashboards ensuring a monitoring of key business HR indicators and metrics for the business in a global organization
- Implement simple and target oriented HR KPIs, dashboards, metrics, reports and (predictive) analytics
- Conduct HR personnel cost planning and define according to guidelines; ensure that salary budget is in line with the overall budget in collaboration with the HR team, business and finance
- Develop and implement a framework for strategic workforce planning and demographic management for Renewables
- Monitor organizational changes and ensure that they are in line with technical organizational requirements, maintain SAP data
- Develop the global qualitative and quantitative HR Controlling, make sure the organizational data in our systems is up to date, manage organizational data in the SAP system and draw reports
- Conduct HR personnel cost planning and define according guidelines, ensure that salary budget is in line with the overall budget, in collaboration with HR team, business and finance
Your profile:
- Broad work experience within HR Controlling in an international company
- Years of experience with SAP HCM
- Profound understanding of correlating HR IT systems and data sources
- Experience with designing HR dashboards and reporting of HR KPIs in a Business context in an international environment
- Advanced expertise in SAP and MS-Office, especially Excel, other Business intelligence systems are beneficial
- Understanding of respective Business strategies, country specifics and requirements in terms of reporting processes, group-wide HR processes, systems and policies
- Strong project management skills, planning &organization skills as well as Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to build Strong relationships to all stakeholders
- Resilient to implement new governance models and set standards
- Solid understanding of HR organization, processes, systems and policies
- Relevant experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment
- Business fluency in English mandatory
