Title : Bilingual Requirements Engineer with Techno -Functional expertise.Functional Skillset : Insurance Domain experience, preferably with Health Insurance knowledge
Technical Skillset : Mainframes (Cobol Based) and DB2
- Manages and ensures the identification, analysis and preparation of explicit and implicit stakeholder requirements to enable the improvement of requirements management concepts and methods.
- Bridge head between Onshore and Offshore team
- Understand and Translate the requirements after discussions with the Client Project teams which are mostly in German to English and relay them to the offshore team so that both Onshore and Offshore are in sync
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
German and English (Fluency in Germany Reading/Writing/Speaking is a must - Basic knowledge will not be acceptable )
