Your Skills
- experience as a Project Lead
- experience in the banking environment
- good knowledge of web services and APIs and familiar with Agile methods (beneficial)
- technical understanding (beneficial)
Your Tasks
- expandation of a chat and a screen sharing tool for Customers
- coordination by phone or personal communication
- take care of the whole lifecycle of the project
- coordination of the team, internal departments and external company
