- Create a programme plan based on milestones within the individual project plans
- Produce weekly milestone targets extracted from the programme plan
- Create and maintain a programme-level RAID log and standard template PMO documents
- Collate weekly reports from the project managers into a single programme-level report
- Sense-check the project managers´ individual plans for completeness and consistency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ PMO experience, a current Project Management certification
- Experienced in delivering effectively within a large corporate enterprise IT environment
- Some understanding of technical networking concepts and their application in an enterprise environment
- Strong MS Project and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
