We are looking for IT Recruiter (m/f/x) for our client in Ratingen, GermanyIT Recruiter (m/f/x)
Responsibilities
• RecruitmentManage and assist in regional recruitment, selection and placement efforts of the company.
• Run the campus recruitment programs and branding of the company through various recruitment
• channels.
• Help in connecting and creating the candidate pool from the local technical institutes/colleges/training
• institutes/job center, etc.
• Develops pool of internal and external talents.
• Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different job (time, costs, quality)
• Coordinates with Department manager/head for manpower requirements and update.
• Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis
• Provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.
• Administer company orientation for newly hired employees for Germany office
• Any other hod-ac tasks
Qualifications
• Successfully completed studies (business administration, law, social sciences, psychology or similar) with
• a focus on human resources
• 6 months+ experience in Recruitment
• Good knowledge of German Employment laws and regulations
• Sound knowledge in Germany’s Labor and Employment law
• Knowledge of using HR tools and HR methods
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
