My client focuses on autonomous driving technology and is a supplier to Tier 1 OEM automotive companies. They are searching for a developer who is highly experienced in C++ and Linux to join their team on a freelance basis for this role which offers an element of remote work. German speaking candidates will be at a large advantage however applications from English speaking candidates are also welcomed.

Your role:
You will form part of the software development for my clients innovative products and in their environment where you will bbe focusing on both software design and architecture as well as implementation and testing.
Requirements:
- Completed study of computer science, electrical engineering or Telecommunications or similar orientation.
- You have a good knowledge of C, C ++ and Linux.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, JavaScript or C # are an advantage.
- Knowledge of storage systems, power management and Energy efficiency under Linux.
- Experience in high performance Computing areas, especially High Speed Packet I/O would be beneficial
- Experience with parallelization and optimization of applications, especially Multithreading under C ++; moreover
- Knowledge in the following areas: Web technologies, Embedded systems, distributed systems, automotive bus systems, network technology or video technologies.
- Structured and results-oriented way of working.
- Well-trained communication and team skills.
- Very good German language skills.
