Task:Create a IT-Strategy for HR-Processes and Systems Prepare and run an RFP Start decommissioning Legacy functionality
Environment:Large Enterprise, PS HCM as current system,Project shallö consist of 4 people (1 PM and Functional HR-Lead, 1 IT Architect/Coaching of CIO, 2 Sr. Consultants HCM)
Duration/Location: About 1 year.
The consultant should know either very well PS HCM from functional an technical perspective or Workday, Success factors from functional perspective. FRANKFURT
- From soft skills the consultant should be experiences in early stage projects. ie gathering of requirements, work out vision/strategy, very good communication skills.
