We are looking for an Oracle Exadata consultant for a project in Germany
The task is operational support 2-3 level, Monday to Friday (office hours).
The skills we are looking for:
- Hands-on experience with the Oracle Platform Infrastructure Products: Systems, Oracle Linux, Solaris, Oracle Solaris Cluster, Oracle Secure Backup (OSB), ZFS Storage appliance.
- Hands-on experience with the Oracle Exadata Platform Infrastructure releases Exadata Engineered Systems, ZFS Storage-Pool, OVM, Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Enterprise Manager Grid Control is essential, experience with Oracle Grid Infrastructure and Oracle ASM (Automatic Storage Management) is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with those Oracle Software Products: Oracle VM Virtual Box, Oracle Database, Oracle Directory Server (aka LDAP)
- Strong Systems Administration Unix skills are essential, additional Linux/Windows skills are useful.
Also, it would be nice to have experience with InfiniBand Network Switches, Network Firewall and load balancer, Java, XML, SQL, Shell Scripting.
