Organize and execute daily scrum with "ambassador" from other teams (Scrum of Scrums).
Ambassadors' are delegates of a sub-team. The ambassadors report completions, next steps and impediments on behalf of the teams they represent.
Resolution of impediments with a focus on the challenges of coordination between the teams; solutions may entail agreeing to interfaces between teams, negotiating
responsibility boundaries, etc.
Track cross-team items via a backlog of its own, where each item contributes to improving between-team coordination.

Skills:
? several years of proven experience as 'Scrum Master' or 'Scrum Coach' in complex, large projects
? Strong knowledge of scrum theory, rules and practices
? Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, Crystal, FDD, etc.
? Knowledge about agile techniques like: user stories, continuous integration, ATDD, TDD, continuous testing, pairing, automated testing, agile games
? Knowledge of scaling scrum methods
? Experience in working with tools like Jira, Confluence etc.
? Knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs
? Good skills to coach how to follow agile scrum, which really works
