Für unseren Kunden aus dem Energiesektor suchen wir für ein langfristiges Projekt einen Roll Out Coordinator für Windows 10 (m/w/d).Responsible for the roll out planning of Windows 10 Clients across a number of departments, sites, and countries
Agree dates and roll out schedule with the business including any exceptional cases and ensuring the correct deployment tools are completed with the relevant information
Ensure departments receive all required communication and are aware of roll out schedule, procedures, etc
Act as a point of escalation for Business Contact / Field Services / Floorwalkers.
Work closely with the Programme management team and other Roll Out Coordinators to ensure planning fits with the capacity available
Completion and checking of Department/ Site Packs prior to Roll Out and management of prerequisites for migrations and site readiness
Gather training requirements and organise training
Project Planning Management Skills (Dependency Management, Capacity Planning)
Knowledge of the typical steps involved in a client migration as well as an understanding of the underlying infrastructure architecture that supports such a migration
Ability to work with multiple sources of information and present accurate and transparent progress reports
Good coordination, communication and conflict skills with ability to work with a range of Stakeholders at different levels within the organisation
Pro-active and self-motivating team player who is able to work under pressure as well as support the wider team
Good English (German language skills a bonus)
Willing to travel to London and Swindon
