Responsibilities:
Knowledge of the process of running residue trials in Crop Protection R&D and knowledge of the related data structures and models are mandatory.
Planning, IT Project Management and Execution of the concept for the Residue Data Repository.
Analysis of needs with focus on business requirements, solution design, alignment of heterogeneous data sources and Datamodelling for a Data Repository dedicated to residue data, furthermore developing OpenAPI specification.
Conceptually separate residue (asset) data from the business logic for 1) enabling better agility in business requirements change and 2) provide residue data as FAIR data asset
The Residue Data Repository and a related application for supporting related business functions shall replace the current regis application by a new platform which fits to the overall IT System Landscape architecture in Crop Science Regulatory Science (which is defined) and integrates well (loose coupling) with the existing and upcoming FRED systems.
