SCCM Administrator - Germany
We are looking for an experienced SCCM Administrator on a 12 month contract to join a dynamic and busy international team based in Germany.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of in-depth SCCM and desktop engineering knowledge in design and support of systems that support in large environment.
- Familiarity and understanding of Active Directory, Windows GPO, WINS, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP and commands.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently with minimal error and guidance .
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of associates in the organization.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with an ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") .
- Ability to think strategically and implement iteratively .
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
- Ability to initiate new processes and/or enhance existing process .
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative way.
- Scripting knowledge (VBScript or other language) .
- Familiarity with packaging (App-V, Install Shield AdminStudio, Wise, ThinApp). Some general knowledge of VDI - VMware View. Windows Server, Security and Network systems - Windows 2012 and 2016 Server OS, Active Directory, PKI/certificate services .
- Monitoring Applications - Microsoft Service Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Quest Monitoring products, etc
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and use of issue/problem tracking systems.
- MCP/MCSE/ITIL V3 F preferred.
