Role: Wide Area Network (WAN) Analyst
Location: Friedrichshafen, Germany
Duration: Contract

Implementation and operation of the Wide Area Network (WAN), especially Ipanema hard- and software
Consult with application development teams regarding performance of applications in the WAN
Reporting, analysis of infrastructure and requirements, recommendation of proactive network changes
Analysis, processing and tracking of disturbance and performance problems
Implementation and support of WAN optimization (Ipanema)
Significant experience with Ipanema holding minimum:
o an Ipanema ICOS Expert Certification (Ipanema Certified Operations & Support Expert) plus Hybrid WAN module
o an Ipanmea ICAS Expert Certification (Ipanema Certified Advanced Support Expert) is recommended
Implementation of version and system changes
High sense of responsibility and ownership for the availability and performance of the network infrastructure
Openness to intensive teamwork, both locally and internationally
Ability/willingness to meet flexible schedule arrangements per customer requirements (ie on-call duty).
