Main tasks:
- As an embedded coach you work as a Designer/Lead developer within the team
- Discover areas to be improved and support the process of learning and applying knowledge
- Tailor short (~1h – 1d) training sessions, having the goal to address the challenges
- Optimize team processes, support team members and coach colleagues to apply knowledge to solve challenges by themselves
Main qualifications
- Solid coaching skills
- Knowledge of architecture and design Patterns
- Utilizing UML and C++11/14 including STL
- Generic programming skills
- Deep knowledge in embedded systems
